The Super Bowl of food and beverage trade shows, ExpoWest, just wrapped up last week. After 100,000+ steps, 67,000+ attendees, and 3,000+ exhibitors, we ate our weight in lupini beans and drank enough adaptogenic mushroom teas to turn ourselves into the fungi-headed cordyceps zombies from The Last of Us.
