If Legos feel a little low-brow for your household, Archimedes Blocks are a great alternative. While building blocks on their own are a great boost for kids’ brains, what if you added a little more stimulation into the mix? Their minds are especially malleable in the early years of their lives, which is why so many parents love to try and teach languages to babies, toddlers, and small children.

Their design of accented “a” blocks uses the four tones of Chinese pinyin to help kids learn pronunciation and help them play a bit with their perception of the what’s in front of them. Stylish phonetic accents appear on each of the colorful boxes and line right up with the brand’s existing image.
